Client Agreement For The Brilliance Within
Agreement Scope
This agreement ("Agreement") is made between ( herein "the Client") and Heather Walsh ("the Facilitator") for participation in The Brilliance Within.
Nature of Service
The Brilliance Within is an Immersive Guided Meditation experience designed to connect the client to their own inner wisdom. It is not therapy, coaching, or advice-based service, rather it is about facilitating introspection. This process is not designed for healing emotional pain from the past or dealing with trauma in any way.
Client Acknowledgements and Agreements
The Client agrees to:
- a) Attend all sessions promptly and be fully prepared for each session
- b) Acquire and bring a dedicated journal for the process to every session, as this will be a vital part of the meditation experience
- c) Commit to listening to support meditations provided by the Facilitator at least three times per week between sessions
The Client acknowledges that:
- a) She/He/They is healthy enough both mentally & physically to engage in guided meditation
- b) Getting value from this experience will be entirely dependent on their full participation during & between each session
- c) She/He/They understands that this is a process of self-discovery guided by the Facilitator and does not expect advice, coaching, or consultation from the Facilitator.
Limitation of Liability
Client releases, indemnifies and holds harmless the Facilitator from all damages, losses, claims, liabilities, and expenses directly or indirectly resulting from participation in The Brilliance Within. The Facilitator assumes no responsibility for any mental, physical, or emotional effects arising from the guided meditation experience.
The Client acknowledges that the Facilitator is a Certified Coach, not a licensed medical professional. All advice provided during coaching sessions (whether in-person, by phone, or web) is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal consultation. Information shared during sessions should not replace proper evaluation and treatment by qualified healthcare providers or other professionals appropriate to the Client's specific needs.
Sessions and Fees
Payments for one-on-one sessions are due in full at the time of service (unless otherwise arranged in your coaching package) and are paid directly to the coach. Sessions will end at their scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive.
Scheduling Policy
For between-appointment needs, contact me on weekdays between 10:00 a.m.-5:00 pm (EST). We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and by the next business day on weekends and holidays. Communication between sessions is for brief questions only. Detailed discussions will be reserved for scheduled appointments. Please arrive prepared to start and end your sessions on time.
Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule an appointment, email me at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Acceptance of Agreement
By completing the digital form & signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
